Yep... I get it. In fact, I get it so much that it became my career. After 15 years, surprises still happen because not only is every client different, but the market is constantly changing and so is the technology that goes with it. As a full-time licensed Realtor it's my job to make sure my clients are informed, and the process is transparent. No mystery, no hidden agendas and most of all, no lack of communication.
