 Cindy is a life long resident of Vancouver. She has raised her family here, and been an active part of the community. In 1994 she opened a leisure furniture store near Granville Island which ran successfully for 5 years. During this time, the operational aspects of the store often related to real estate. Cindy was often called upon to help clients with staging and this remains a part of her personal services today. A strong negotiator, she successfully closed deals with the Four Seasons Hotel, Pan Pacific Hotel, Langara Fishing Lodge, Keg Caesars to name a few, but also supplied designer furniture to a multitude of luxury homes located throughout Vancouver.

With the experience of owning and operating a retail store behind her, the transition to Realtor seemed natural. She began as an assistant to her respected colleagues in West Vancouver, which eventually led to her finding her own way into real estate. In 2007, she was contracted by Rogers Media to voice her expert advice in real estate on a local radio station, which also ran successfully for one year. 

Today, she uses her time carefully and considers herself a Boutique Realtor. Meaning she does not overextend herself, manages clients with the utmost care, and has the ability and skill to find creative solutions for her clients to make the very best of their buying or selling opportunities.

 For Cindy, success in the industry means working tirelessly for her clients to make sure they reach their goals. Her success is due to these efforts, and her relationships remain strong long after the deal is done.
